Tuna and light mayo, sometimes mix in some red onion or peppers or sweetcorn. Or put in some tomato-based sauce, like "Chicken Tonight" Spanish Chicken.

Im with Five-O - if you want healthy option tuna without the excess mayo cals then tuna packed in oil with the oil drained and sweetcorn added is still plenty moist for a baked spud or a sandwich.

Best tuna option though is tuna steaks - delicious and there is loads you can do with them - lemon and dill is a fav of mine at the moment, or just lime or if im feeling like a real dirty git it'll be tesco's finest tartare sauce.

Just got 4 tuna steaks outta iceland for a mere £4 - don't know what they taste like yet but either way i'm pretty sure they ain't dolphin friendly at that price...
