i just cooked this up and it tastes ... surprisingly good!!!

one big tin of salmon ... about 400g
two table spoons of LIGHT MAYONASSIESE
two big potatoes ... mashed
black pepper corns ... crushed
onion 1 ... sliced and diced
tomatoes (x2) and red pepper (2x) ... chopped

cook and mash potatoes with a little milk,
chop tomatoes, red peppers, onions, and add to mix
add mayonaisse and mix again,
crush pepper corn and add again to mix

serve on lettuce and tomato salad!
