192 Low Calorie Tuna Dishes

Now, some of these will not be bodybuilding perfect in terms of carbs and fats, but there are quite a few that are good and quite a few with a bit of moderation can be very good.

I give it to you to spark your creativity with tuna.
Post your creations, please.

I will post some with modifications as well.

Pepper Tuna

Pepper Tuna
1/2 green pepper chopped
1 courgette, sliced
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper or black pepper
3 TBS red onion, diced
2 5oz cans tuna
7 pitted green olives
1TBS lemon juice
1TBS olive oil

Mix and eat

Tuna Tomatoes

Tuna Tomatoes

2 cans 6oz tuna
1TBS sweet pickle relish
1 TBS low fat mayo
2 large tomatoes chopped
2 cucumbers peeled and chopped.
(to chop - cut lengthwise into 1/4s and then chop up the 1/4 wedges)

1 TBS vinegar
2 TBS water
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper or to taste
2-3 C mixed salad greens

mix tuna, pickle relish and mayo
add chopped tomatoes and cucumbers
add vinegar, water, salt, pepper

mix thoroughly and place on bed of salad greens, (lettuce,spinach, romaine etc..)
