Salmon fillet Snack

Now i know not everyone likes Salmon,my training buddies hate it.
I cant see the problem myself i love the stuff. But next time your passing Sainsburys or Asda etc etc,get your lumps over to the frozen fish section and grap yourself some Young's Salmon fillets.Forget about using them as part of a main meal poach the lot in a frying pan with some water and a splash of extra virgin olive oil and keep 'em covered in the fridge for chomping on when you feel peckish between meals. Each 22g fillet contains
20g of protien and they are so light on the tum you dont even realise you've eaten anything.6 in a pack thats an extra 100g of protien a day!
