which tuna?

Hi all

whats the best tuna- in spring water or in brine?
I prefer the springwater but its more costly. just been to netto and its only 35p a tin but its in brine.

Spring Water is the best imho.

Less salt, better taste.

Tuna in brine aint gonna hurt you either tho

Best tuna nutritionally is actually the fresh red samishi grade tuna steak, but it is expensive.

Yes, spring water not brine is better for calorie's sake.
