   | Tuna Delight To get rid of fishy taste, use one of the following: lemon, orange, or lime juice sweet chili, tomatos, mustard Tuna Delight 1 tin of tuna drained 1 stalk celery chopped 1 boiled egg chopped 1 TBSP mayo 1 TBSP sweet pickle relish salt and pepper to taste 1 apple (your choice - I use green golden delicious) chopped 1 tsp mustard 2 cups shredded lettuce 1 roma tomato sliced in circles 1 TBSP raisins (currants) 1 TBSP nuts 2 TBSP olive oil vinegarette Mix first 8 ingredients together. Place mixture on a bed of lettuce with tomatoes and sprinkle raisins, nuts, and vinegarette over it.
