mate you have to do it how you like it but

heres the basics:-
Get your can of tuna chunks ( not flakes, they was away during rinsing ), put can tuna chunks into a sieve, and run the cold tap over it for a minute or 2, just until the smell has pretty much gone.
Next get your blender/smoothie maker, and add around 300ml cold water, add ice if you like, heres what i mean about doing it your own way, i like to get my blender put in the water , tuna, half a cup of porridge oats, 2 scoops protein powder, 1 tea spoon peanut butter and 1 tea spoon of honey, blend that sh1t up and get it down you, its sounds gross, but really its the way to go, sometimes i put ice cream in in aswell.
Its a personal taste thing, throw in anything you like, fruit , oats, protein powder, meal replacements, cream ( depending on whether your bulking or dieting ), give it a bash and let us know how you get on.
