It is not used for dieting but if you want to get big and are sick of the usual chicken / tuna mix give this a go!! Salmon cornet mayfair 100g smoked salmon 150g fresh prawns 2 tomatoes Pineapple ring (Or chunks) A little cream (About 4 tbl spoons) A little tomatoe sauce (1 Tbl spoon) Couple of drops of tabasco Mix the cream, tomatoe sauce and tabasco in a cup (Seafood sauce), add the prawns, and when ready pour mixture over salmon strips. Chop tomatoes and pinaple chunks and add to dish. Eat........ around 80g protien and does not make you feel bloated, with not a serious hit on carbs. only takes 5 mins to make |
