You will need... 1 pack of mixed seafood (from sainbury's or something, contains, prawns, muscles and squid rings) 1 onion 1 small tin of sweetcorn soy sauce 1 garlic clove green pepper Make up some basmati rice (use how much you want, I use half a cup) then put to one side.. Fry onion, green pepper + garlic in a little olive oil until onions are cooked then add sweet corn.. soon after reduce the heat then add the seafood.. Add a little soy sauce and stir in until everything is covered then add the rice to this.. and once again add some mroe soy sauce! This baby packs atleast 30g of protein and is low in fat but high in carbs! a great little meal to add some change to your diet!
