Tuna dish

Saw this on another site, im sure TT knows it:

4 tins of tuna or 2 large tins
16oz wholemeal pasta shells
1 can chicken soup
2 cans chopped tomato with herbs
1 red pepper
4 spring onions
Seasoning
Low fat cheese (grated)

Chop onions and red pepper and place in large saucepan
Add chopped tomatos and chicken soup
Cook pasta and add to saucepan
Add tuna
Season with black pepper
Stir well and simmer for 15 mins, stirring occasionally
Transfer to casserole dish and place grated low fat cheese on top
Place in oven at 190 degrees for 10 mins or until cheese is melted
Serves 4

Enjoy with a green salad and crusty wholemeal bread....a great winter warmer and nutritionally sound.
35 mins prep time
