 | what effect dose tins of spaghetti and beans have on you and will it help in building and what is involved init like is it protein carbs or what i love tuna and will try the bans and tuna mixed ta neil |

 | a tin of beans is something like 8g carbs and 3g protien mate, but to ur tuna its ok, and taskes nice very hot...... i like making tuna burgers or anything like that..... or just drain the brine and add to spinach and chicken with chilli powder on the chicken YUM
