Lower body fat and general toning

Hi guys just looking for some advice really.

Im looking at reducing my body fat percentage and just generally toning up for my summer hols so Im currently weight training 4 times a week. I hate doing cardio though as its so boring but i know its essential for my goal. I thought of a plan to do 4 weight sessions a week for a month and then the next 2 weeks do 3 high intensity cardio sessions and 1 light 'all over' body weights session. and then repeat the cycle. i would be doing interval cardio sessions and doing them first thing in the morning before breakfast to feel the max benefit.

Do you guys reckon doing this will work or is there too much of a grap between cardio sessions. your advice will be greatly appreciated.

Cheers

Stephen
