over training?

hi guys n girls i know this might b a stupid question but is over training bad for you? i mean it must b bad if you over train right? but how much is over training? and what are the effects of over training. I train 5 days aweek doing 4exercises for each group reps of 8-10 and 4sets

sure did thanks meera lot of info there, but i dnt feel like am over training? so i must b right? 4 exercises on each group 8-10 reps, 4sets? 5days trainin 1 group a day with a 30min cardio sesion monday wednesday and fri
