Arrow best time to train

at the mo i train roughly the same time each time i go to my gym but let me explain my daily routine to you fisrt mon-fri i get up at 2.15am to go to my first job (i deliver the daily news papers) i get home again at around half five-ish i used to have an hours kip but now i spend that time viewing this site at 8am i drop my wife at her work then pick my work mate up and go to my main job (fitting flooring laminates and solid woods) i usualy finish this around 3/4/5 then head home the thing is ive been up for nearly 16 hours before i get to the gym dont get me wrong i give it a 100% each time but would i be better traing around 7am i would have to change my gym to do this but thats not a problem i'm up at 12am on a week end but dont go to the gym on these days.....cheers unc:( forgot to mention im usually at the gym around 6pm..thanks

i dont think it really matters when you train, but it matters how much sleep you get, try for at least 8hrs kip if you can. Hope that helps.

^Like above.....Some articles and theories out there suggesr morning is the best time to train. This is when testorone levels are highest which in turn creates an anabolic environment within your body.
LIke guys above...Not an ideal World so we all have to adapt training times to our daily lifestyles....whatever is most practical and convenient should be the time you train.
8 Hours sleep minimum every night is Crucial to recovery.
I train at 7:00am and if lost 1-2 hours sleep night before then it really affects the way i feel for the rest of the day.

yeah natural test is highest in the morning

but i'm up at 6.45 every morning to go to work and i'll be fcked if i'm gettin up 2hours earlier to cycle to the gym in the cold
