in your quad... welcome to DOMS!!!
in the back of your knee - watch that one - thats not too normal - perhaps you stretched too much when it came to your hamstring exercises

The quads sound like dom's (but be aware it could be something else especially if the pain gets worse after training)
The rear pain is probably caused by the SLDeadlifts as there is quite a big stretch of the hams and because of that you are training the muscle in its weaker parts wityh the same weight as the rest of the ham.
Do yo do SLDs before or after leg curls
how long have you been training? as if its not long and the weights have been going up as they should then the tendons are not as strong as the muscle and this could cause an injury at the MTJ (muscle tendon junction)

Also remember the knees should be slightly off lock when doing stiff leg deadlifts else your just asking for an injury..

Gem will become famous soon enough
I know obviously that I am not 'training' as such, and am certainly not experiencing this kind of intensity...but I like the pain! It makes me feel I have worked hard! Am I sick!?:rolleye11

Make sure that you hare warming up and steching properly before you start your sets, and make sure that the weights arent too heavy.
Also make sure that you gently stech to cool down...
