Shake Within 45 Mins Of Training

The general concensus is have a shake within 45 mins of training. Is that within 45 mins of when you first start or finish? Lets sya you have a 45-60 minute weight session then about 30 mins of cardio, when would it be best to have the shake?

After all exercise.

Having it between weights would 1) prob make you puke 2) fuk up vasodilation + digestion.

I know some people have free-form amino's between them though, each to their own :)
