First cycle ,Test/D,bol

Ok im not rushing into anything just yet, just doing some research, been looking all over the net for info,

Im 27 , 5"10 at around 10 n half st, ive been training for 5 years on and off, 5 times a week for about 2 years and cant seem to budge from this weight, just wanna put on some mass,my goal is to maybe hit 12 stone, i think at the minute my body fat is around 6%, im in pretty good shape i just wanna be bigger with it. my diet id say is really clean and consists of... for example.....................

7am-80g of oats and igf shake

8am-40 minute at gym, post workout shake

10am-tuna/chicken pasta

12am-same as above

2pm-same again- banana

4pm-same again

7pm-high protein evening meal eg. Chicken breast/fish/red meat

9pm-4 egg omlette

11pm-igf shake before bed

drink 3 litres of water during the day too..

So from what i have read from the posts and threads, for my first cycle...

ideally i would like to do a .....

D,bol only 30g ed/ 5 or 6 weeks - pct not sure this is where i need a little help.

or

Test e @ 500mg p/w for 12 weeks and D,bol 30mg ed/ first 4 weeks and same again not too sure about pct, maybe get some nolva and clomid,

As i said just testing the water at the moment but definatley gonna do a cycle as soon as i have everything in place,

Any info or advice would be very helpful, Thanks

8am-40 minute at gym, post workout shake (should include a high pro meal atleast 40 -50gram with good carbs

2pm-same again- banana

4pm-same again

(should also include high pro and carb meals)

after training m8 try to squeeze in as much protein as possible in IMO

hows ur training m8?

is that as well as the shakes, the igf shake is a 40g protein hit and the one after training is an all in 1, 50g protein and all the amino acids, the training is big weight 12,10,8 reps, 2 muscle groups a time

Its a good beginning cycle mate (the second one) 2 jabs a week and dbol for first 4 weeks, have nolva by your side as you probably wont know how your body reacts to testestorone but for pct just do 150/100/50/50 of clomid, 3 weeks after your last jab and youll be fine, just make sure to keep your diet and training hard after your course

sounds good kickstart with dbol 4 weeks then the 12 of test ...diet is gd make sure ur getting plenty of protein after workout as it is the steroid and protein that is going to be repairing your muscle cells and making them grow back even BIGGER :) gl for the pct nolva 20mg ed x 4 weeks clomid 50mg ed x 4 weeks start the pct day after last tab

Which ever mg tabs you take dont really matter, what matters is the "mg" dosage per day. Yes nolva and clomid is tablet form.

oh yeah sorry , what i meant was if i take 5mg tablets id be taking 6 tabs a day or 3 at 10mg, will this make any difference,

Its all up to you of the dosage you take mate, however most people go for 40-50mg/ED

Something is at fault, if your 5'10, been training for 5 years and your only 10.5 stone.

Every meal needs to consist of proteins, carbs and fats. at your height and weight, lots of it.

Test on it's own would be a better first cycle IMO. 250-500mg a week.

i knew someone would say that lol, i have a really fast metabolism,and have only been strict on the diet for a few months and no matter how much i eat i stay at this size,

i also used to drink alot , but i dont touch it now, water all the way

so do i mate and im now nearly 13 stone since december, either theres an underlying problem or your not eating enough.

Thats probably because your eating way to much protein for your size by the looks of your meals and abandoning things like healthy fats and carbs.

How much meat gram for gram are you eating and what does your total protein amount come to?

I cannot actually see one single meal that accomidates any good fats at all apart from the 4 eggs at night.
