I don't really have a set plan every single day, I just make sure I get the right amount of protein down me mainly. Obviously I need to start fine tuning.

Stats: 5'5ft 9st

Meal 1: 100g Oats, banana, 4 whole eggs or 2 scoops whey

Meal 2: mackerel, 62.5g (half boil in bag) brown or white basmati rice, green veg

protein shake

Meal 3: 200g Chicken breast on malted loaf with tomato, lettuce & mayo

protein bar, nuts, Japanese rice crackers < drop the crackers & protein bar

Meal 4: Protein shake,200g Chicken breast, jacket potato, small amount of mayo, veg, cheese < drop the shake

Meal 5: Wheatabix, banana < change this meal for 220g of lean steak or salmon with some green veg &/or salad

nuts

Meal 6: couple of eggs, whole meal bread< drop the bread & have 4 whole eggs or a shake with milk

That is just a very slight tweak, others will be able to give you better ideas & as sizar says, do a search, there is plenty of good information on here.

Good luck.
