The sole aim of the article is to get the reader (general public) to associate steroids with heroin. Clever eh.

When they say that they "treat four new Steroid users to every new heroin user" what are they treating them for. More then likely it's gyno or not being able to get wood. Hardly them same as treating a heroin user.

This is the trouble with kids getting into steroids without any knowledge of what they're doing.

Everyone else feels the brunt, if they ever get upgraded to Class B or made illegal to take it will be because of youngsters sticking something into themselves because a mate down the gym told them to.

If people could easily find unbiased advice ie leaflets in the gym with usefull information in them not government or media bullsh1t, then alot less people would end up messing themselves up imo.

It's true what it says but then at the end of the day. no one complain about bloody smoke and alcohol .. it kills more people than steriod and cost the NHS billions but that's ok because they get some big tax on it. so it's cool.

"It does take over. They want to have the rippling six pack with the golden body, but most of them end up as the Arnold Schwarzenegger - that's what they see as success."

reeeeeeeeally, they end up like Arnold? fkn must all be training in some obscure gym that none of the rest of us have seen.

"It's all about being big, muscular, toned, and they can gain that much quicker using steroids than they ever can working out," she says.

So let me ge this right, they are saying that gear is a substitute for working out?

Yep, ok then, I may just go jab, sit in an armchair and watch myself turn into arnie overnight.

Fools.

"Steroid users are at risk from a range of health complications, including liver damage, high cholesterol and stroke, as well as life-threatening infections like HIV and hepatitis."

I don't take steriods but this article is wrong on so many levels. It is aimed at people with 70 iq I think.
