Leg routine please comment :D :D :D

Right I've changed my leg day

from

Leg press, 3x10

reverse leg extension 3x10

Barbell calf raise 3x20

To

Leg press 3x10

leg extension 3x10

Squats 3x10

reverse leg extension 3x10

Barbell calf raises 3x12

I found i was pretty fuc**ed when i did squats, and couldn't go that heavy, so i may do squats first.

Any thoughs?

Yes mate do squats first.

squats =legs general

leg press=quads,buttocks,secondary hams

leg extensions=isolation quads

reverse curl=isolation hams

Lift heavy on the first 2 compounds,and do the isolation after. if you like in the leg extension in every rep on the top, make a full stop legs extented count 1001,1002,1003 and then go slowly the negative. Incredible burns,welcome to hell:)
