Morning and evening training

Due to timetabling I have the time now to train first thing in the morning and later on late afternoon/at night... So I was wondering is there anything I should and should not do...

example train the same body part like tri's in the morning and then in the evening or use the morning for cardio work and evening for weights.

Any advice would be helpful in regards to this

cardio in the morning and weights in the evening but if you have years of training go for:

morning evening

chest bis/tris/abs

back shoulders

quads hams/calves

OR

bis/hams shoulders

chest back/abs

quads/calves tris

OR

chest bis

shoulders abs/calves

OFF

back tris

quads hams

OFF

OFF

OR

chest bis

back tris

quads hams

shoulders calves/abs

maybe cut just mainly wanna train to be honest ... currently just enjoying working out but I dont wanna do it wrong or injure myself so though I would ask

matey follow the rocky technique go for a good walk down to the beach in the morning aim your heart rate at 65% of its maximum to burn fat, then go for your weights in the evening your best at cardio in the mornings so give it some

hes good mate really shaping up training him hard and increasing his weights starting to develop some good definition and losing at lot of body fat proud of my work to be honest

thats pretty good hopefully he'll reduce the ol' chain smoking saw big Jesus he asks if your were well and how la clen was... so tried to inform

dont know man jesus put the fear in me says you should feel heart pulputations just abit of hard work and self disicipline for me
