Need to get back in the world.

14 posts in this topic

Hi everyone, new here.

I need a bit of help, in 32 and in sort of good health apart from my smoking. I don't go to the gym or any exercise (my life is busy enough) and thought it was about time I did.

I am looking at doing a full body workout 3 times a week, Any around.

I live in east Leeds so if anybody is looking for an apprentice give me a shout.

Going to mate.

Anybody have any good websites on stopping smoking.

Each to their own.... I smoked 60-80 a day for a long time> I thought it would be impossible to give up, I gave up for a few months and every day thought about smoking. A friend recommended a book to me ( he had given up for five years ) The easy way to give up smoking (boots sell it now) by A.Carr.

I read got it on the Sat, the following Sunday I read it and was a non smoker.

Brilliant book, I never think about smoking. It is honestly like I have never smoked in my life. I am a non smoker now and I love it. I have recommended it to a few people and they have all given up smoking.

Honestly that book really changed my life.
