Which body part grows slowest for you?

I ask because my Forearms will NOT grow to my liking...i'm making progress everywhere else but no end of wrist curls or knocking one out :rolleye:helps seems to help?

Try gripping and squeezing 2 x 30kg dumb bells dude for as long as you can, this will knock the crap out your forearms. Im sure forearms will grow through time with doing deads, and heavy back they will grow

O forgot....

Tri's for me, pain in the hole for me no matter how hard i hit em.

With all the pointless crap i post on here...i'm finally glad to have posted something worthwhile...amazing though that the first few guys to post their slowest growers are all different...genetics are a bastard, clearly!

its just a matter of finding what exercise works, keep changeing, if no luck then change reps, pyremids etc etc. but to some extent, its my calfs, there a right pain

Forearms lag behind everything else.

Quads are light years ahead of all other body parts. Only training legs get is through deadlifts. Quads are currently 27-28 inches and vascular.

My quads are easily my best part at 25.5 and quite lean.

My chest/back grows like anything - arms/calves are another story...

Cheers. I'm kind of known for my quads in my gym. And the fact that I dont train them. It brings lots of envious comments, which is nice. I did spend the first 4 years of my training squatting religiously every week however.. I was up to 180k for 6-8reps by the middle of my 2nd cycle. The stat in my sig are the weight I can shift now with 'untrained quads'.

Any time my legs are warm I can see my veins nicely. One girl even started prodding them while she was...'entertaining me in an oral manner' lol.

my 2 worse parts are hamstrings and tri's,hamies more than tri's i am struggling to get the depth in my legs but the quad width is fine,Ya just got to love the genetics.:gun_bandana::scared::surrender:

I assure you I can make them grow, never had stimulation like it before through DB deads with an SLDL return to base

For me its calves as with most who arent genetically blessed

Every muscle will grow though ladies and gents, its just overload, patience and nutrition

How does that sit with your peers elfin? They must find it very strange (we of course in the community know why) I am just curious as to how they may see that in 21st century Britain

ARMS 18 when noton a diet about 16 when on a diet (all measurements when flexing/tensing).
