I'm with Ross1991 on this one, pre workouts are so under dosed with the active ingredients apart from the caffeine which some go overboard with.

I tend to buy a cheap pre-workout for flavour and then add in extra's

Mine various from day to day on dosages but tend to go for -

12 grams Citrulline Malate

10 grams AAKG

5 grams Beta Alanine

2-3 grams Creatine Nitrates

300 mg Caffeine

This mix above works a treat for me, maybe look dosing to adequate levels and be different from all the rest of the weakly dosed pre-workouts out there :)

ours is different from the rest  its has nearly double the ingredients than most. Try and remember that what you guys are using above is EXCESSIVE and not the norm. 10g Citrulline is what elite athletes work towards.

if the above works for you then thats great. we stock the products in raw form also, so this could always be an option for you. remember we offer you a 15% discount too.

My honest review of the product,

Taste: - i quite liked the taste of this, almost like sherbet and not chemically tasting unlike some on the market

Energy: - Did notice a boost in energy but nothing to write home about however i am very stim tolerant

Pump;- Had a good pump but for me i enjoy a pre that has Hydromax for pumps as i find that works best

Overall: - I thought the product was ok and did what it said on the tin, that being said i don't see the usp of this product or why people would choose this over a known brand as the price point is largely the same

We can certainly look into this ingredient. thanks for the feedback.

We believe our USP is that we are offering these ingredients as a 'serving' and giving more 'servings' per tub. Most pre workouts only have half these ingredients in and therefor don't give as many servings per tub.

All great feedback, thank you for this. :thumb

Got around to using this today.

Tast: Found it a bit too sweet but it was certainly drinkable. Mixed really well.

Energy: I've just started creatine again so I'm not sure if its down to that also but I had a banging arm session today. Did the best I have done since starting in Feb.  I did feel a bit headachy at first but guess that's down to not being used to the high caffeine content.

Pump: Nothing to talk about that's different from the norm to be honest.

Overall i'd probably give it a go on a whole tub at some point just to see what its like using it regularly.

ECA for energy. On DNP at the moment so not really chasing the pump atm. Without dnp and just on gear nothing is needed anyway. Otherwise would used citrulline mallate. Tried viagra the other day too, better than any pwo and cheaper
