MTS test400 and some extra calories are going to work already.

Body weight up 2kg in 4 days, with no loss of condition yet.

1 week into the mts test400 and mast e. Feeling great and weight up 4kg as my muscles fill out again.

It's a terrible picture, but you can still see you brought in a decent package. Must of been a tough line up for placing 6th.

Current workout split:

Saturday, back/rear delts/traps/abs

Sunday, chest/side and front delts

Monday, legs

Tuesday, cardio

Wednesday, arms

Thursday, legs

Friday, cardio

Two weeks into mts test/mast. Feel great mentally and physically. Really noticing an increase in leg size and strength especially.

Three weeks into mts test400/mast e. Morning weight now 85kg (up 6kg).

Workouts going great, epic pumps, strength up.

This week I added in 12.5mg aromasin twice a week to keep estro in check. I think this will be enough for me on this stack , but I will see over the coming weeks.

Making good progress with my workouts. Strength increasing, size and weight increasing. Test400/mast e stack is doing what I had hoped.

No need to make any changes for now, but at the same time I often think about the various options as and when I need to make a change to keep the progress coming.

In for this mate, I've been keeping up and still looking pretty lean mate and looking good.

After 6 weeks I changed the stack slightly.

Lowered test400 to 600mg and mast e to 300mg. Added in 300mg deca a week, and 20mg dbol / 10mg winny every day before workout.

7 weeks in now, weight at 88kg, still making steady progress in my lifts.
