I used to have a really in-depth and active journal on here which I stopped posting in. I kind of lost the lifting bug last year but I've finally got the fire back in my belly and I'm starting to take things seriously and have became really regimented again. I've been keeping a log of my cruise on a private, invite-only forum for a couple of months but thought I would branch out and share my experience with you guys too.

I've just finished a 2 month (almost) cruise/light cut on 150mg Test E and 200mg Mast E.

My blast has started today.

The plan for this blast is outlined below. This might change as I go along, nothing is set in stone. Yes, I know the doses are high but I have a lot of experience - I know my body very well and will do whatever I can to reduce the risk of side effects and keep myself healthy.

Diet:

My calorie intake will start in the mid to low 3,000's and will be tapered up gradually. My calories will come from mostly 'clean' sources, with meat, veggies, rice, granola, milk, whey and Greek yogurt being staple foods.

I will occasionally have small binge sessions on 'unclean' junk food but that's just life, I'll post pictures of any tasty meals I eat.

Training:

I aim to train 5 days a week (Monday-Friday) on a body part split with 20 minutes of medium intensity steady state cardio (stationary bike) afterwards. If my schedule permits it I will get in the gym over the weekend too. I will listen to my body, if I feel worn out and weak I'll have a rest day or two.

I will be trying to progressively overload on 1-2 exercises per muscle group per week by adding sets, reps, weight or time under tension. My sessions are very simple, mainly consisting of straight sets. I don't bother with anything too fancy like drop sets, super sets or muscle rounds.

Goals:

I want to gain a considerable amount of mass and strength while staying fairly lean and continuing to improve my fitness with regular cardio. I will be keeping tabs on my health through blood tests and regularly monitoring my blood pressure. If I can gain enough mass to instill the confidence in myself to step on stage I would like to do a show at some point at the end of this year or early 2017. I want to do all of this while still living a normal life, I won't be spending hours upon hours in the gym or missing nights out or eating out with friends just because I want to gain muscle - I'll find a way to implement that in to my routine and will gain regardless while enjoying myself. That's the main thing for me, to keep it enjoyable.

I also want to continue doing at least 100 minutes worth of cardio in the gym per week and walk at least 7,000 steps per day.

February 19th

The first 100mg Anavar dose just went down my gullet and the first 600mg Test E pin just went in to the tensor fasciae latae muscle fellas - as smooth as butter.

Got off to a stormer with chest and cardio.

  • 6 sets Hammer Strength incline press
  • 4 sets weighted dip
  • 3 sets high cable fly
  • 3 sets low cable fly
  • 3 sets decline DB fly
  • 20 minutes MISS (stationary bike)

10IU Humulin R afterwards with a load of whey protein, Greek yogurt, strawberries, honey and granola.

I munched down 16mg of Kaizen Ephedrine which I had lying around before training, it gave me a nice little kick up the bum considering I was quite tired beforehand due to an interrupted/light sleep.

My plans for today are to watch United destroy Blackburn in the FA Cup this afternoon and then go out for a roast dinner with my Mrs later on.

Better sleep and recovery, a healthy glow to my skin and I find it more difficult to gain fat while I'm in a surplus, it's a nice addition to any cycle.

in for sure mate been a bit demotivated myself recently - tried to diet a bit while cruising but just can't seem to stick it this time around which is weird as it's not something I've struggled with before,  just a bit stressed and f**ked off with final year of uni ATM!

also, cruising on tren - love it:D

Sometimes the other things in life have to come first, you'll be back at it. 

You must have read wrong, no Tren in there. :tongue: Test E and Mast E - haven't used Tren since December. Bored of it!

Edit: You did read it properly actually, I made a typo.

I think taking it fasted first thing in the morning is the best approach if you're using it for fat loss. I'm using mine post-workout with my insulin now. It may not be optimal but it's convenient for me and fits my schedule.

Cardarine improves cardio and Metformin increases insulin sensitivity, suppresses appetite and adds some fullness.

Because I can't use any good/strong orals without my appetite dying within a matter of weeks. My liver is sensitive.

Not directly but you'll be able to do cardio for longer at a higher intensity which will help you burn more calories. Yep you can buy it online from JW Supplements.

It's not at all, Superdrol, Anadrol and Dianabol all completely blow it out of the water. I just can't maintain a surplus while running any of them.

@DLTBB

Really like the idea of metformin (cheap as well) Cardarine as well if budget allows.

Going to get on CIalis at 5mg a day for health benefits for the heart.

Ghost recommend the following when using Tren - 'Raloxifene, aromasin, injectable b12, cardio, ssri, proviron, t3, mast.'

Have you any experience with Raloxifene, B12 or SSRI ( not even sure what SSRI is - just looking on google now...) EDIT: SSRI is basically an anti-depressant if I'm understanding it right.

Metformin is useful and extremely cheap. 

Cardarine is £40 for a 6 week supply. You could buy the powder and cap it yourself to save money. 

Cialis is good (for obvious reasons) and helps with BP and prostate health too. 

I wouldn't want to rely on an SSRI. Aromasin is the best AI. I didn't feel any difference on injectable B12. Raloxifene is better than Nolvadex but it's hard to find proper pharma grade Raloxifene, Cipla is bunk. Proviron and Masteron can be useful but bad for your hair. T3 is good.

The honest answer is pretty small as I've been on baby doses, not eating much and doing a lot of cardio for the past 2 months but give me a few weeks in a surplus while I get my muscles full of glycogen and I should look good.

Oh and a small update - I'm training at a crappy Pure Gym now rather than my old gym (Cosmos) as the pure is 30 seconds away from my new office. It's nowhere near as good and I'm mainly limited to machines rather than free weights but it's far more convenient and saves me a good hour per day Monday-Friday compared to travelling to Cosmos. I prefer the extra free time over getting a slightly better workout TBH.
