With that said, 5mg of cialis a day provides numerous health benefits as well as increased pumps. There was a good article about it on here somewhere.

Just like anyone else, I really enjoy getting a good pump. I hate the sort of workouts, were you just feel so flat and the pump is awful. I asked about this, because I seen the video on enhanced athlete and I found it strange, yet intriguing, fcuking Viagra? pre workout? lol. but, it's apparently meant to give those, who've tried it an unruly pump. I personally think a pump... Is just that, I'd never base training around that.

I usually take around 65-70g. The carbs aren't really necessary if you use Citrulline and nitrates though, pumps hurt.

Fair enough. Forgot to say as well, tack on a couple of dropsets to failure on your last set and pump is guaranteed :thumb
