Best pre workout with no crash?

Hi, 

I'm new here so please be gentle. ;) 

Can I have some recommendations for a pre workout that doesn't involve too much caffeine, doesn't give you a massive crash & doesn't give the jitters. 

I prefer tablets, but appreciate powder is more common.

Same thing I always post here, make your own. Then you can choose the amount of caffeine/stims you want to add. Can pickup 100 200mg caffeine tabs for a few quid.

Going by the first post I'm tempted to say just have some whey. You don't need anything else, and this will obviously avoid all the problems you appear to be sensitive to.

Citrulline, agmatine, nitrates and caffeine.

8g Citrulline Malate 

1g agmatine sulfate

1g creatine nitrate ~300mg nitrates 

add a little caffeine 

Costs under 50p a serving easily.

Nah mate bbw for Citrulline Malate, muscle food for creatine nitrate and eBay for agmatine I mentioned the seller in another thread.

For getting pumps, not an optimal solution but it works. What i do is :-

1) 1 spoon :- Coffee

2) Half spoon :- Cocoa powder

3) Two pinch :- Cayenne pepper

4) One Pinch :- Black pepper

5) One table spoon :- Honey

6) One Cup boiled water.

Mixed them all and i drink 20-30 minutes before workout and it works for me.

I personally never made my own pre-workout, but if i wanted to take a break I'll just make myself espresso. But for an actual over the counter pre-workout, my go to is normally nitraflex.
