Having had time to review all the footage of the MR O, I have come to the conclusion that Flex Lewis has the best overall physique of all categories . truly immense, shape, size and symmetry anyone else agree or disagree

LOL didn't thinks so....

What I stupidly didn't realise until recently though is that he's Welsh. Great physique too, albeit for someone not particularly tall.

why do you think they settled on a 212? would of thought maybe 220 would of been a better? as guess maybe some of the taller guys would maybe lose out to a shorter guy at 212? yes would still be same weight or less but at least a little more room for them?

Very much agree, I've though this since he won the 2014 212 competition.

His back is one of the best out there imo in terms of symmetry and aesthetics.

heath kills him from the back.. he has more density and '3d' look esp in the lower lat region

Nothing to be ashamed about Phil Heath kills a lot of people from the back. I remember seeing a comparison pic against Kevin Levrone,as much as I love him, Phil was clearly was better.
