Best time to take

Might have been asked already. BUT!. 

When is it best to takevitamins I normally take in morning with breakfast. Cod liver oil. magnesium. zinc. D3. multi vitamin B.

If it's easiest to take them all with breakfast then do that.

If your using the zinc and magnesium to improve sleep you might be better off taking then at night as magnesium has a mild sedative effect. 

I've also read somewhere that vitamin D temporarily stops melatonin production in the brain so would be best not to take right before bed.
