Best pump aids

Can anyone help pls, new to this just began my journey bodybuilding. I am needing to know best supp for good pumps and good pre hope you can help cheers

What? You have aids?

Mate, forget about supps for pump. It's totally pointless.

But I'd say even ore workout are a waste of money. Just spend money on food and whey, glutammine if you want, it's useful too. BCAA also, but they're not so useful. Creatine defo useful

 I buy powders separately, works out very cheap.

1g creatine nitrate (~300mg nitrates)

8g citrulline malate 2:1

1g agmatine sulphate 

5g glycerol monostearate to finish it off, mad pumps

Ive got some l-norvaline that I sometimes use at 250mg, due to it increasing arginine concentrations but not sure I see much from it really.

Heard the supplement glycerol is awesome but never tried it myself. It's supposed to help with vascularity

Glycerol monostearate is decent have to take it with a lot of water though.

I was telling  someone in the gym earlier i get wicked pumps off of garlicgarlic bread, garlic is a good vasodilator and breads got dem carbs
