No mate. I can't handle them. They make me do the opposite of what they're supposed to do ie I feel f**ked, wanna sit down, eyes start closing. A bit like coming up off an E only you never get past the coming up stage.
Sometimes if I feel tired I take 40mcg of Clenbuterol PWO. I find it makes a difference. Never going to cycle it for fat loss again though, makes me feel like shite after a few days, hate the cramps also.
So I can get some great gear as in aas but to make me want to go to the gym I'll swallow 50 times the recommended amount of s**t to improve my work out...Pfffffffffffff
I get what your saying but ppl on a big calorie deficit really struggling to get through work outs bcs of non existent energy levels. Some thing that you can take to give you an edge has to be a good thing. It seems contradictory to go natty all of a sudden lol
I only use half a scoop. Needs to be taken about 30-40 minutes before a session. If I take it 15 minutes before it kicks in 15 minutes into the sesh and it feels like Ive snorted caffeine.
Pre work outs are good but they are only a stop gap to be used once in a while as I find tolerance builds up quickly to them after a few weeks of using! Most of your Training should come from the heart
Alternate mdma, kratom, t5, coffee (8 teaspoons) so i never build a tolerance to any specific chemical
