Looking for a good multi vit to take with a cutting cycle.

 

Any tips? do i need to go for one specifically designed for women?

Centrum Advance, I am sure they even do a Centrum for Women.

get alpha men from mp in the sale and take one a day, profile should be similar to the woman's version at that dosage, it will last you ages and save you some money.
