I tried this the other day and I'm sorry its disgusting! So far I have found anything to do with soya a flavour nightmare! I'm really into eating healthily and my training but eating stuff like this is torcher! I'd rather not have flapjacks, or treat myself to a nice no butter oat flapjack once in a while!
