When is the best time to take my supplements?

On a daily basis I currently take these with my breakfast:

Green tea tablets x 3 help with weight loss

Ginger, curcumin and botswellia tablets x 4 I use these as they have excellent anti inflammatory properties ( I suffer bad with inflammation)

Vitamin D3 x 1 help with muscle function and immune system.

Glucosamine sulphate x 3 take these to help with my joints as I have bad knees

Would I be better taking the ginger, curcumin, botswellia at night while my body is resting/ recovering? Also would I be better to have the vitamin D3 at night?

And should I space out the green tea and glucosamine throughout the day?

Dont take the green tea too late if you want to sleep.

Splitting them even through the day is the best bet but it can be a pain in the ass. I doubt you would see a dramatic difference in taking them all at once :D

I have my handful of pills first thing in the morning with my 1st meal of the day

First and last depending on what it is, anything with stims is first of course, can't be climbing the walls at night.
