Hey dudes, just wanted both your advice if you wouldn't mind..

So I'm starting the 6th week of my Epi cycle now.

My bench when I started was 90x6, 90x5, 90x4 - now 100x9, 100x6, 100x5 - is this 'good' for a 6 week epistane cycle or should I have expected more? My lifts also stalled this week it seems is this normal?

Next thing, I've been doing this..

Push (Chest/Triceps/Shoulders):

• Flat Barbell Bench Press 8-10 x3

• Incline Barbell Bench Press: 8-10 x3

• Shoulder Press 8-10 x3 (will do this before Incline Barbell alternating each week)

• Incline Flyes: 8-10 x3

• Dumbbell Side Lateral Raise: 10-15 x3

• Rear Delt Flyes: 10-12 x3

• Skullcrushers: 3x10-12

• Overhead Dumbbell Extension or similar triceps exercise: 3x10-12

Pull (Back/Biceps):

• Rack Pulls 8-10 x3

• Barbell Rows: 8-10 x3

• Pull Ups: 8-10 x3

• Preacher Curls: 8-12 x3

• Straight Barbell Curls: 8-12 x3

• Hammer Curls: 10-12 x3

• Shrugs: 15 x3

Legs (Quad/Ham/Calves):

• Barbell Squats: 8-10 x3

• Lunges: 8-10 x3

• Leg Extensions: 10-15 x3

• Hamstring Curls: 10-15 x3

• Standing Calf Raises: 20 x5

Basically stuck to that for the entire 6 weeks..

3 days on, 1 day off, 3 days on, 1 day off, 3 days on, 1 day off...

Calories have been anywhere from 3000-4500 (always 250g protein, 350-600g carb, 60-80g fat) - somedays appetite just went mental...

So now obviously I'm looking towards PCT, and I want to reduce my training correct?

Is there any programs either of you can recommend to me, to follow, to maintain or further, increase strength?

I can train as much as I need to, can follow any program, the only issue is I can't do Deadlifts and have to do Rack Pulls, but should not be an issue.

Thanks guys!

Seems like you've had a decent cycle mate, dont worry about stalling, your strength should go up in PCT anyway if you follow a decent routine!

Dont take it for gospel, but most have advised me of some sort of strength program, stronglifts 5x5 seems to be the most popular, just hit those compounds!

So any opinions on my training I posted above, how I could change it? Or any structured program I can follow during PCT to maintain OR increase my strength? I know the guy above suggested 5x5, do you guys suggest the same?

7 weeks apart from startiing cycle to now, started pct yesterday - not sure how much ive gained exactly, not sure if i even see much difference in my "muscle" mass either, my strength has gone really high in comparison so obviously there are good positives, but i judge myself very critically so i dont know :)

hope this log was useful to someone anyway, will upload pics end of PCT too and I can see myself getting very fat over these next 4 weeks :D but im a master cutter so its Ok.

Jokes aside, you have clearly put on decent size. You realize pro-hormones are a stepping stone to the inevitable? lol :whistling:

I am just very critical, and as it being my first cycle, I don't really know whats good/bad - regardless the strength gains for me made it worth it providing I maintain them correctly.

In 6 weeks?

That looks like > 6lbs gain.

looks like hes holding some water which will give less defined look too.

Doesnt look like a substantial amount if it is fat.

I would drop from that definition to the first weeks' level of definition when going from bulk to maintenance just in water retention.

Also if he has stopped the epi by the time that photo was taken it could have been water from estro rebound.

But i'm speculating and dont know the answer. It very well may be fat.

Maybe substantial is the wrong word, but I'm sure you know what I mean.

No. You first said it doesnt look like fat, then you said it probably is?

Youre literally making a statement and disagreeing with yourself all in the same post?

Ridiculous

I said it doesnt look like a substantial amount.

As in not too much. enough to mistake for water retention.

I fixed the post for you. :thumb

No. You stated it didnt look like a substantial amount of fat.

Then you said 'It very well may be, and probably is, fat'

The posts are there for all to see. Are you being deliberately dim?

Regardless, my point is save the posts for something constructive, not making a statement, then losing faith in it and negating it, all in one post. Its literally wasting everyones time.
