Roxylean Progress Thread (Before and After)

Hello guy's, I started to take roxylean yesterday as a supplement to my diet after reading very good reviews.

I started at exactly 80kg, around 15kg overweight.

I was 64kg last May before my fight, I then fractured my wrist..

This was me in may:

This was my fighting weight, purely a build for fighting not aesthetics.

Now, I started training again fresh and eating clean since yesterday, this is supplemented with Roxylean.

This is me as of today (Day 2), and as you can see I'm overweight and have quite high body fat...

I'm 19 years old and 5'8".

All encouragement would be really appreciated, any questions will be happily answered.

I'll keep this thread updated every few days with progress photo's.

Wish me luck!

10x bicep curls

10x crunches

10x woodchops

Do you have a bit of gyno mate?

Well there's no lump or pain but I've had 'puffy' nipples since around 12 years old.

When I was at my fittest it was less noticeable but still there.

It's really annoying, I can't wear plain tops as it is prominent.

I've been looking for something to get rid of it but with no luck, the doctor said its my body fat levels (hence the reason for weight loss, well partly).

Any tips on something to take to got rid would be great!

It's called being overweight.

Don't know why everyone jumps on the gyno bandwagon so frequently.

Yeah that's what I thought as my estrogen levels are normal, no hard lumps or pain.

It's just I've put on 15kg of fat :P

Good luck with your goals mate.

Thankyou very much :)

Today I had 2 capsules this morning and I came in a bad rash similar to hives, it lasted around an hour but its gone now.

I'm going to weigh myself later and see how my goals are going.

Today is day 6

I'm so excited as its carb up day and I'm noticing a very slight aesthetic change now.

I shall weigh myself on Monday to see how the weight loss is going but at the minute the mirror is saying decent things :)

Feedback would be appreciated as I'm not sure what I'm seeing is just a placebo effect.
