Are there any things you can get from these joints if you are bulking that are not full of fat?

I know some of the subway sandwiches are not too bad, what else is there?

I got put off Subway when i seen a * next to the ham and turkey and it said "reconstituted". Think I will pass on eating ground up pigs ears and Ar$eholes.

For me nandos half chicken, rice and corn on the cob. Or if in starving I'll go maccies and get a double hamburger. It has 330 cals, 20g protein, 30g carbs and 15g fat so not too bad. Problem is that I then usually get large chips, 6 nuggets and a choc milkshake

Take away curry can be good, find one that is dry like tikka or just ask the staff. I usually have channa masala as a side dish which is spicy chickpeas and also got a bit of protein in.

Nandos now do sweet potato as a side dish!

Is Kfc chicken not too bad then?

Theres a few Turkish kebab restaurants near where I used to live in N.london and you can get huge plates of grilled meat and rice for about 12 quid!

Theres always cooked chicken from supermarkets aswell.

More a case of moderation, discipline and goals, for some it is not a problem for others it is the path to ruin. After a long weeks work I personally crave alcohol more than I do fast food, as it does little for me, last night I had a sirloin steak with the trimmings – food heaven

You know what you are probably right! You've just ruined maccies burgers for me now. Looks like I'll stick to Donner meat, that's 100% lamb isn't it?!

Mate I was taking the p1ss! I'd only have the chicken that they grill as well, not the one they have on the spit which they carve

both of my favs have been covered, Chicken shish with salad and chilli sauce in a pitta, or tandori mixed grill which is leterally meat on a plate, no sauce - although you do get a naan.

Might see if the local takeaway is still open...
