Bad cramps from clen/var. Any help??

Only started my course at 10am and took 50mg var and 140mcg clen (Some test as well)

Trained my legs at 12 and then felt minor cramps in forearms and chest about 1.30pm

Had another 50mg var an hour ago and have just had the worst cramp ever in my leg.

I've had taurine (large teaspoon) twice now when I've had the cramps and a banana for potassium.

Any assistance or help from anyone :cursing: ??

you seem to have all bases covered mate, maybe only do 120mcg clen

I'd drop the clen dosage down TBH.

No need to be so high IMO

Electrolyte tabs or powder from MyProtein may be of use too

I did 160mcg clen and they gave me insane headaches and cramps in the soles of my feet while on the cross trainer. 120mcg was plenty tbf

I'll look at dropping it tomorrow.

Would splitting the dose am/pm be any help??

Also Xpower I've got some MP electrolyte tabs, cheers

when i took clen i split it up throughout the day 2 or 3 tabs at a time.

For bad cramp i take a pinch of salt.

Would it not help with sides if it was split though i.e shakes??

And maybe cramp!!

I'm scared to straighten my legs still as I can still feel them being tight and ready to go again :scared:

It may help,TBH not had any bad sides from clen except the slight shakes

Used it a few times before.

Normally use the chinese 40mcg tabs but this time I bought pharma ones from mexico on my holiday.

Never had nothing like it before, my leg was locked solid and all distorted and it was agony for a few minutes!!
