Were abouts in notts you from mate. Cant be 100% but i think it will be at a gym called affordable fitness on the industrial state in newark.

If it is there the gym is owned by paralympic bench presser natalie blake, really lovely girl, he dad keith has alot to do with it also and he is a GBPF powerlifting coach.

Says its just for people that are disabled tho?

No Mr MD it doesnt....it says they specialise in coaching disability powerlifting, but welcome anyone from senior citizens to fitness fanatics. Im now trying to work out which catagory you'd fit in to!

I wouldn't mind getting a few lessons to help improve my lifts, what do they charge for lessons? I'm injured at the moment so it won't be for a while but I keep a note of it for the future.

Sorry for bumping an old thread.

Does anyone still train here? Is it still open? They don't have a website anymore and their facebook page hasn't been used for years. Looking for somewhere to train strongman around Nottingham.
