Red palm "fruit" oil whilst on CKD???

Hi ppl, I've come across what seems to be a very healthy bottle of oil called "carotino"

Now.......

I'm just starting a ckd diet and have started to use this healthy oil in my shakes. In the ingredients is red palm "fruit" oil. As I understand it, to get the body in a state of ketosis u first have to empty the liver of glycogen. Now, knowing that fructose found in fruit stocks up the liver glycogen i was a little concerned. I've looked at the nutritional breakdown on the back and there is zero carbs/sugar in it but was just concerned cos "fruit" was mentioned in the ingredients.

If anybody can shed some light it would be appreciated, Rick.
