time to gain some sizeee

thinking of getting into bodybuilding competitions this time next year, i want something to train for and i can imagine the feeeling on stage is awesomee !! .. currently weighing in at 83 kg would'nt mind reaching 90 kg before i think of going onto a cutting diet, i know it's a long way off but any hints and tips that will help me prepare and hopefully reach my target will be much appreciated :) thanks guys :thumb:.

Tips.....

Do pre breakfast cardio and make it hard cardio.

Eat a diet high in good fats and proteins keep carbs at breakfast and around training.

Train in a progress manner so you constantly out do your last work out.

Be consistent with sleep and not missing meals.

Read, learn, read, learn and keep repeating.

Agree, consistency day in, day out is the key.

just got back from gym, had a bicep and triceps session went at it hard.. love it
