Twinlab Super Gainers Fuel

Is this to much to take in, in one serving.

Per Serving with milk:

Calories: 3000
Protien: 133g
Carbs: 554g
Fats: 29g

Ive got a tub here for a mate, but im thinking about trying it myself for bulking?

Thats a hell of a shake tho - Would you think this would promote to much fat gains?

Paul

Dude! now thats a weight gainer!! and i thaught the the Dymatise Mega Gainer was bad enough! (im using at the mo!) and then they recomend this:

For the Ultimate Mega Gainer Shake: Add 4 heaping scoops to 20 oz. non-fat milk, 2 cups low fat ice cream, 2 bananas, 2 tablespoons unsalted peanut butter, 5 tablespoons honey and 3 tablespoons brewers yeast. Mix in blender until you have desired consistency. Now you have 3,000 calories, 507 grams carbs and 126 grams of protein!

Everyone loved the Mega Gainers when we first got them in, sold like hot cakes.
I really like Dymatize products tbh, they are very good.

to many carbs and Protein for one meal no way on earth your body will process all of it what won't be utalised or stored as fat will be wasted down the toilet...

With regards to the carb content in your respective gainers - are they made up mostly of high-glycemic maltodextrin? I got a gainer too, but I was dissapointed that the carbs were of the sugary kind that promote insulin spikes - great post-workout, but you don't want your insulin levels all over the place throughout the day. I'm concerned that drinking these high-glycemic products throughout the day will promote fat storage, lethargy or even potentially lead to diabetes - all by-products of shagged insulin levels.
