id say just get plain creatine, 7g in one go is likley to be too much for your gut to handle, plus it would likley be cheaper to buy all those products individually and put them together into a better product yourself, theyre actually charging you for sugar in this product?

why bother whn you can make it up yourself and it would likley be better for you and cheaper

This stuff actually costs £24.99 per KG plus £1 postage.

I am tempted to try it out because apart from the sugar all the other ingredients would cost more than the price to put togeather I think?? Can you reccomend anywhere to get the individual items cheaply?

Cheers

the creatine you should be able to get from most places for around £20-25 per kilo, most bulk buy online stores should ba able to give you the other ingredients for pretty cheap too, bump for someone who knows any good one.

personaly i wouldnt bother with some of the ingredients anyway, the hca, vanadyl and chromium with your creatine hasnt been shown to make any difference as far as ive seen, plus the glutamine is on the low side for my liking, 5-10 g per serving would be better

Is this combo any better?

This once costs £30 including delivery and contains the CEE instead of monohydrate.

no you are incorrect creatine isn't creatine ..thats like saying protein is protein...

only approx 40% of Creatine Monohydrate gets absorbed into the muscle this is one of the reasons for the bloat when using plain creatine...creatine Ethyl Ester has a 96% absorbtion rate therefore no bloat or stomach cramps...

So do you think that second one with the CEE for £30 a KG is a good buy m8?

Cheers,

Powder that one m8...

I can get a tub of 120 capsules for £10.99 with 1200mg of Creatine Ethyl Ester HCL per capsule only. Which do you think would be the better option m8?

well being powder you have 2 problems..
1. it normally taste like crap..
2. you cannot garentee the amounts you get per scoop..

capsules i think are better in general between 2-3mg per serving twice a day is sufficient..
