  | Taking pills in water I cant swallow pills (natural reaction to having large things in my mouth I guess, natural defence). So, I normally pull the two sides of the gel coating apart and pour contents into water. This seems fine for trib, but when I take SAN Tight in this way I seem to suffer from extreme bloatedness, halucinations (no ****), general feverish feeling and feel out of breath the whole time. So, 1) Is taking the contents out of the pill detrimental in anyway? 2) Am I allergic maybe to something in Tight? Has anyone else experienced this? Is there any other fat burners that dont contain ephedrine that actually work. As far as the Tight goes, I love the results I get from it but it just wierds me out too much when I take it, and I follow all other guidlines (after meals etc)...

 | isnt tight a mix of loads of different stimulants? i wouldnt be surprised if your allergic to one of those.
