![]() ![]() | Natural Ways to increase testosterone in your body Ok everyone this may have been covered before but I am looking for anything that would help one to increase their natural output of testosterone in their body. I mean food, herbs and other supplements. I am planning on doing a cycle but want to get a little bit bigger naturally. I hope to get a lot of responses to this as I am sure lots of other would love to know more about this subject too. ![]() |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Interesting Article Never bought it but contains some nice interesting info. I think Hacks actually supplied this months and months ago. Squats does raise testorone naturally, but i seem to get drained physically all over after a leg workout. I would rather be fresh between workouts then have achey legs. I train legs once every 2 weeks. |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Squats and deads will raise test. But test does rise during lifting If i remember correctly for about 40 minutes or was that 30 minutes, anyway somewhere around there. Long distance runners have low test levels. prolonged workouts actually have a negative effect here, test levels rise in the beginning then drop and if the exercise is really long like hours then it drops below base. Once the testicles produce testosterone it immediatly leaves the testicles and gets in the blood. Hear tribulis, smilax officialis/sarsprilla (sp), yohimbe (but I doubt it), zinc (if defficient), mumme(sp) chef was talking about this but i am not sure, ginsing, Muira puama,. I actually dont think those things work and without blood work you wont ever be able to tell. Your test levels rise and fall throughout the day and even taking a test at the exact time really wont tell you anthing. But, if you are getting more frequent erections, looking at women more, morning wood all are indications of good test levels. That over blood would probably be the best indicator here. DHEA can convert to testosterone, progesterone can convert to testosterone, oh yah and testosterone can convert to estrogen. So on paper DHEA can raise test levels, but oh wait a minute, too much DHEA will shut down the nuts and you can be lower doing that. So, I feel very small amounts of that like half a tab would work ok. Blocking estrogen or shall we say the aromatase enzyme might be a good idea so that precious testosterone wont convert to estrogen. Not only that but estrogen can suppress testosterone via decreasing LH release, LH is the chemical the pituitary gland tells the balls to work. Blocking estrogen? I believe it can be done naturally eating cruciferous. The cruciferous vegetables are broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, cauliflower, collard greens, kale, kohlrabi, mustard, rutabaga, turnips, bok choy and Chinese cabbage, Arugula, horse radish, radish, wasabi and watercress are also cruciferous vegetables. But on the down side of that, eating alot of these vegetables can cause hypothyroidism. Heck, drop some kelp down you while eating these to support the thyroid and you should be ok but dont eat these every meal. But they are anticancer foods so you weight the diffrence. Low thyroid will ruin carbohydrate and protein metabolism. So you can weigh the diffrences. But I was just reading today that eating testicles from animals were considered many many years ago to increase vitality in men. They do have bulls balls tablets and I did take that once and it gave me acne. Try it out and if you get more morning erections or more frequent erections then this might be a ticket. In the 1920's two guys made from about 40 pounds of bulls balls found that they could produce a tiny amount -20mg- of testicular extract, that they shot casterated roosters and it made them fight and chase the hens. I have a killer book on this I just started reading. I think many things are in there that will aid, as soon as I read it. Its really geared for older guys trying to get back their test levels (well erections actually), L-Argenine is supposed to help erections. Oh, before I forget, my HRT doctor was saying that zinc actually is a aromitase inhibitor.....Hmmmm, never heard that one before but It would not surprise me because of the influence it has on being defficient and low test levels.
