Hi, im considering taking supplements and just want to know if there is anything harmful in Protien or creatine supplements?

You dont always pay for quality imho, so dont think that your £49.99 per 20 servings is any better than your £10 for 10lb`s!

People drink and smoke much more harmful stuff mate, you'll be fine. Remember though they are only a 'supplement' for your diet.

I like Designer whey as a protein, one of the best in my opinion but expensive.
V12 is the best in my opinion for a creatine product.
Take those and a multiple vitamin and a mineral supplement too and you should have it all about covered.

i'm not too sure about this, but once you've stopped taking creatine altogether you may loose something..can anyone explain
