| Board Geek | Sida Cordifolia OK guys, having a chilling week off from training and dieting and so forth. When I get back to it on Monday, wana spend four or so weeks just getting rid of the last little bits of fat around the stomach. Was thinking of getting some of this stuff seeing that Ive just been paid, but need to know a few things: 1) What is the best fast burner out there atm? 2) Do all fat burners have an apetite supressing effect, cos I really dont want that. 3) Is this stuff actually any good, and can you take it with your normal supps (i.e protein etc)? Cheers, John

| The Lady Of The Manor | Yes you can take Sida Cordifolia with protein and other supplements. Not sure if it will make you lose your appetite as I have not personally used it before. I do think however its probably not the most effective fat burner there is. I love ECA stack they are the best fat burner I know.

| Board Geek | Holy Cow OMG. Took one as directed, 'with food', within 10 mins I had to get up and walked for a mile. Got in, sat down, had to imediatley go for another walk, this time 5 miles, in the rain. Sat down again, and now, after about 2 hours, have started to regain control. The shinnyness has disapeared from the world and Im starting to feel my own weight again. So, I think Im gunna take this during the day, break the cap into some water and sip throughout the day, this was too much of a hit for me to take on a daily basis, but man, what a rush. Keep you posted on fatburning propeties. Thanks Silent bob for an under-24 hour delivery, the postman must have taken some ![]() John

| Getting HUGE! | See if this helps some...Sida Cordifolia contains ephedrine (only it is better in some ways like the old PPA). It has no qualities that effect the thyroid but it can stress the adrenals if abused. It is actually really good at lowering ldl levels over long term and better yet it has more muscle sparring effects than normal ma haung (nutrient partitioning) It produces central nervous system (CNS) stimulation, peripheral vasoconstriction, elevation of blood pressure, bronchodilation, cardiac stimulation, and a decrease of intestinal tone & motility, as well appetite suppression and thermogenic effects (better than Ma-Huang but less strong) On top of that it has other bronchodilating principles including vasicinone, vasicine, and vasicinol. One should not confuse ephedrine and pseudoephedrine with ephedra, just like one shouldn't confuse pure caffeine with coffee. (Think whole effects, not singular) Don't combine it with aspirin, combine it with gota kola (caffeine) and yohimbine (not aspirin, aspirin lowers the effect whereas yohimbine increaes the effect)

| Board Geek | Cheers for the info Chef, always with the science! Well, second day of taking this stuff (Tight!) and a friend and I have experienced slight dizzyness while working out, accompanyed by a feeling of weightlessness. Also, we have discovered that there was next to no sweating, despite a fairly harsh back day, which we completed in recored time. Now, all symptoms can be explained by dehydration, so, Im asking those who take this stuff when they do, is it in the morning or arvo, and do you find yourself drinking a lot more? I am aware that it is a diuretic, but this seems excessive. All input welcome, John.
