| Banned | TIP OF THE DAY!! when you are mixing your post workout shake, as it's summer you want a nice refreshing shake...mix it with lemonade, but don't shake it to mix it yet, the lemonade absorbs the protein powder, so wait till you get to the gym and then give it a dam good shake....voila! nice refeshing shake Try it at the gym tonight, it's real nice. | The Lady Of The Manor | mixing it with Lemonade - hhhhmmmm sounds like a joke to me Roid. First of all its gonna go fizzy and squirt your face when you take the lid off, then it will taste so sweet due to all the sugars in it YUK. Then it will probably give you an upset stomach hehehe hhhhhmmmm after all that tempting.............but no! |

ohhh good question..... i have just used natural plain wiht chocolate promass..did the trick..need to blend it for a while so it mixes nicely... put the yogurt in the blender first and slowly add the promass..other wises its as bitty as fuk | |
