but still I want to stack the Milk Thistle with the ALA just to be extra safe!

I will wash down my oral cycles with Cranberry juice and 8 pints of water!

is that reflex ala good for your liver when on roids?
because that is a good price, also how many servings come with it?

Yes. It is a very good Anti-Oxidant.

Personally I would use Reflex ALA and and Reflex Milk Thisle (both contain 90 caps) along with loads of water and cranberry juice.

I'm not really convinced by ALA for insulin mimicking etc. There's not really a lot of conclusive research done on it. Its also a bit suspicious that several creatine formulas such as creatamax 8000gl have dropped it from their most recent versions having previously claimed that it was a vital ingredient.

Having said that, I have been taking it myself recently because Dymatize include 30 free 200mg capsules with each tub of powertech.

As far as liver protection, its role as an antioxidant etc.. goes, I've not really looked into that aspect of it, although I do know that it flushes out toxic buildups (e.g. steroids) from the liver. So I guess it would be beneficial to those who use roids.

The main property of alpha lipoic acid is that it increases production of glutathione, which helps dissolve toxic buildup in the liver so it can be flushed out through the kidneys. It also helps make vitamins C and E work better, and it speeds up the body's metabolism.

its only 200mg a capsule for the reflex ones and has 90 in the box.

The discount ala ones are 500mg each !

If im going to do 3000mg a day when doing my orals id rather do fewer pills as poss......

so id rather take 6 pills(discount ala) rather than 15 pills (reflex)
